Clinedinst named OAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week NEW CONCORD, OHIO, January 18, 2010 -
The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum University sophomore forward Kyle Clinedinst has been named OAC Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
Clinedinst, who scored a career-high 23 points in the Muskingum's 83-77 win at Mount Union College on January 13, averaged 20 points, four rebounds, three steals, 2.5 assists and one block per game over the Muskies' two-game stretch last week. He shot a blistering .778 (14-of-18) from the field and connected on 11-of-14 (.786) free throws.
For the season, Clinedinst is averaging 9.4 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. He has started all 16 contests and averages 28.9 minutes per outing.
