MAE: Early Childhood Development Validation
Early Childhood Development (41 credit hours) is designed to offer the birth through pre-k educator a solid foundation in child development, a broad background in the social context of development and in developmentally appropriate practices of teaching and learning for young children. To complete validation requirements, the individual must also hold a valid Ohio teaching certificate/license in the noted area. Validation must be attached to one of the following certificates: K-3, 1-8 or Education for the handicapped (e.g., SLD, DH, SBH)
