You must complete this form if you have been awarded financial assistance in excess of $100 from a source other than those normally handled through Muskingum. Examples include scholarships from corporations, foundations, trusts, churches or other private agencies. Adjustments to previously awarded financial aid will be made where necessary. In most cases external award(s) will reduce the direct cost to family, loans or work study. There may be instances where it is necessary to adjust grants or scholarships.
