Dinah Meyer

Dr. Meyer received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from The Ohio State University in 1995, and joined the faculty at Muskingum University in 1999. She teaches courses on personality theory, abnormal psychology, counseling theory, psychological testing, and child/adolescent development. In addition, she supervises the mental health internship program in the Psychology department.
Dr. Meyer's research interests include women's mental health and adjustment, most recently focusing on first-time motherhood among mid-life women. She has published in journals such as the Journal of Women and Aging and the Journal of Clinical Psychology.
Dr. Meyer is a licensed psychologist in Ohio, and maintains a small practice with a particular interest in counseling women, adolescents, and couples.
