About the Leadership Development Program
The leadership development program is not active at this time. But leadership opportunities are always available for students on campus.
As one of the developmental offerings most sought by students and employers, both academic programs and coursework, as well as co-curricular or out-of-the classroom experiences focused on leadership are provided for the benefit of students. From internships, featured speakers, and training seminars to roles in leadership posts within organizations or paraprofessional roles with the institution, the University provides opportunities for students to be leaders and provides educational experiences to better understand the dynamics of leadership and leadership skills.

OrgSync is a great campus resource for student leadership. Student organizations use OrgSyn to complete annual registration and other organization business throughout the year. But individual students can use the system to track their leadership experiences, service work and other information throughout their time at Muskingum. OrgSync also includes tools to help individual students create resumes and co-curricular transcripts, all with a few clicks of a mouse.
