If you intend to graduate this spring, you must fill out an Application to Graduate Form (pdf) . This form is available either in the Registrar's office, or you can go on line and access it through the Registrar's web page.

Attention December Graduates - We will host a reception in your honor on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at ____ in Philip and Betsey Caldwell Hall.  Students should meet in PBC 360 at ____  This is in recognition of your early completion and is not an actual Commencement Ceremony.  You will be invited to graduate with your class on May 10, 2014.

A Checklist for Students Intending to Graduate

Have you:

• Applied to Graduate & Requested a Degree Audit?
• Cleared you account with the Business Office?
• Returned all Library materials?
• Made arrangements to return your mini-fridge? (pselock@muskingum.edu)
• Finalized your file with Student Financial Services?
• Notified the Mailroom if you are not returning to the permanent address the college currently has on file for you? (bbeddard@muskingum.edu)
