Reese named Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, May 24, 2010 -
The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum University senior Katie Reese has been named Academic All-OAC.
Reese, an English major from Uniontown, Ohio, batted a career-best .336 with career-highs in doubles (8), RBIs (14), runs (29) and triples (2). She led the team with 11 sacrifice hits and was second on the squad with 10 stolen bases. Reese, who flashed the leather at second base with an outstanding .989 fielding percentage, started 41 games for the Muskies.
