Clinedinst and Brindley named All-OAC
NEW CONCORD, OHIO, February 27, 2012 -
The Ohio Athletic Conference has announced that Muskingum University senior forward Kyle Clinedinst has been named Second Team All-OAC and that senior forward Josh Brindley was named Honorable Mention All-OAC.

Clinedinst ended his tenure ranked 24th all-time at Muskingum with 1,033 career points. He registered career-best numbers this season averaging 16.8 points and 9.2 rebounds per game, which ranked second in the OAC. Clinedinst led the conference in minutes played averaging 35.5 minutes per outing and ranked third in steals (2.0 spg) and eighth in blocked shots (0.6 bpg). His outstanding play was recognized earlier in the year with OAC Player of the Week accolades. This marked the second straight year that Clinedinst has been named All-OAC (Honorable Mention All-OAC in 2010-11).
Brindley notched career-best numbers in scoring (14.1 ppg) and rebounds (6.1 rpg). He ranked eighth in the league in rebounds and fifth in field goal shooting percentage (.523). Brindley's strong play also propelled him to fourth in the OAC in minutes played (32.5 mpg), fifth in the in steals (1.9 spg) and sixth in blocked shots (0.8 bpg).
