Self-Monitoring Exam Check List The self-monitoring check list developed by Twining (1991, p. ?) provides students with the means for evaluating exam preparation and exam performance. Like other monitoring strategies, the self- monitoring checklist may be modified to suit student needs or course organization. Based on a particular test or tests in general, answer "yes" or "no" to the following questions.
